2. What is WhaBuzz

WhaBuzz is a WhatsApp Business API platform that provides a "Conversational Cloud Platform" enabling our customers to store, manage, analyze, and transfer messages between their business systems and their customers through WhatsApp messaging channels (the "Service").

WhaBuzz is committed to protecting Personal Data, including data we use for our own purposes and that we hold on behalf of our customers.

3. Collection and Use of Personal Data

WhaBuzz collects information, including Personal Data, for the following purposes:

• Providing and managing the Service
• Internal business purposes (communication, marketing, recruitment)
• Payment collection for the Service
• Understanding and improving our Service and Website

To provide our services, we collect the user's name, email address, and phone number and upload these details to our secure servers. These details are used only to identify users and provide the content they need.

The application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Sign-in and Google Drive Services (Privacy Policy)
• Facebook/Meta Sign-in Service (Privacy Policy)

WhaBuzz's services are not directed at children under the age of 16.

Cloud API

WhaBuzz sends messages via the WhatsApp Cloud API. Messages are stored temporarily for transmission and automatically deleted after 30 days. More details.

Providing and Managing the Service

In the course of providing the Service, WhaBuzz may receive, access, analyze, process, and maintain Personal Data on behalf of our Customers. Our Customers determine the types of Personal Data collected.

• Your data is stored on secure cloud servers and we encrypt all personally identifiable information.
• To request account data deletion, email support@whabuzz.com.
• After termination, all your data is permanently deleted unless you request otherwise.

Account Information is collected when you register and is used to manage payment, provide support, and facilitate communication.

Service usage information is collected to understand and improve our services and investigate security problems.

Communication and Marketing Practices

1. Product demonstrations: We may collect your name, job title, WhatsApp number, email, and company information.
2. Responding to inquiries: We may request identifying information to respond promptly.
